I used to log into the support center from the manager portal
- Your username will be the email address linked to your account in the manager portal.
- You will need to reset your password for the support center the first time you access it (This will NOT change your manager portal account password).
- Click on "Sign in" in the upper right-hand corner and then choose "Forgot password".
I'm new to the support center and have never logged into it from the manager portal before
- Click on "Sign in" in the upper right-hand corner and then choose "Sign up".
- Register using your full name and email address.
I already had a support center username/password outside of the manager portal
- You will need to reset your password for the support center the first time you access it
- Click on "Sign in" in the upper right-hand corner and then choose "Forgot password".
