Mobile App Deployment via MDM

For mobile devices that are managed in MDM, the SnapComms Mobile App can be deployed through this method. If your MDM supports creating an App Configuration Policy, you may also package your Organization App Code with the mobile app deployment so mobile users can bypass entering this value.

Here are sample steps from Intune and these steps may also apply to your MDM if it supports App Config Policies.

1. Create an App in Intune, and select the SnapComms App from respective public App stores

2. Create an App Configuration Policy select SnapComms as the target App

3. In the Settings, enter the following values:

The Organization App Code value can be found in your SnapComms Content Manager > App Management menu > MAC & Mobile settings
