OVERVIEW
Text Messages, technically referred to as Simple Messaging Service (SMS), can be sent to a user's mobile phone through SnapComms. The SMS message can be used to notify users that there is a new SnapComms message available on their desktop or mobile apps or to send a short message to those without a SnapComms app installed. SMS messages can be sent to a single user or multiple users within your organization.
