Template Library (formerly Use Cases)
The Template Library consists of ready-to-go templates and notifications based on best practice and research, so messages get maximum results.
This guide will give you a quick summary of what each Template has to offer and its availability in packages (Inform and Engage).

Supported on all Apps (Windows, Mac, iOS and Andriod)

The minimum App version is 19.10 for Windows and 19.12 for Mac but the recommended App version for both Windows and Mac is 20.02 or higher as this version supports the functionality of reactions (Like, Wave ) on the messages.
