OVERVIEW
SnapComms allows you to personalize your communication for the user receiving your messages by including certain Personalization tags in your message template.
CONSIDERATIONS
The use of the Personalization tags is only recommended if you have clean maintained data against your user records within SnapComms.
If your user record has incorrect data in the fields used to populate the Personalization tags, then the incorrect data will be displayed to the message recipient.
If any of these user data fields are empty then the Personalization tag will be "blank" and will not display any data within the message.
- i.e. Hello [::firstName] will be displayed as Hello
The following delivery channels support the Personalization tags:
- Desktop Alerts
- Screensavers
- Lock Screen
- Quiz
- Survey
